Kelly Clarkson (American singer/songwriter) is an extremely popular American following her win on American Idol's inaugural season. The singer was not just ushered into the spotlight by her victory however, she also signed an agreement to record multiple albums with RCA Records 19 Recordings & "S Records. The singer has since released several studio albums. Three of them reached the US Billboard 200 chart, however, others narrowly missed the mark. She is among the most popular artists who are emerging from American Idol. As her career progressed it was evident that she experimented with different themes and styles of music. Sometimes, she co-wrote songs in order to express her thoughts. Because of her distinctiveness and vocal ability, she was awarded critical acclaim as well as numerous accolades. One of her most memorable achievements is that she won the Grammy Award three times. Alongside her music professional career, she has had a stint in TV and film.
