Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor-Joy was born the 16th of April, 1996, in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker. Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology. The father of her is Argentine with Scottish-English heritage. Her mother comes from Spanish as well as English roots. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children. Four are from Taylor's father's prior marriage. After living in Buenos Aires for six years, the family relocated to Victoria. Taylor-Joy said she was traumatic, and refused to go back to school in English as she wanted to be able to return to Argentina. Hill House became her school of choice after Taylor-Joy was required to switch schools. She later enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she trained in ballet and appeared in school plays. After 16 she quit the school to take on acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy was born to be an actress from a very young age. Her dreams were realized after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling gig.
